Project Description

WET SCRUBBER

Flue gas treatment by wet scrubber

Combustion of waste and operating process of the flue gas treatment system

Leaving the combustion chamber, the combustion gases enter the post-combustion chamber at a maximum temperature of 850 °C and contain pollutants such as dust particles, HCl, S02, HF, heavy metals, dioxins and furans. The principle of our scrubber is to spray water in order to obtain an aqueous film. Most of the pollutants are filtered through this aqueous film. The filtered water is routed to the wastewater treatment system. Large dust particles are separated by the settling force and will be removed differently.

After the washing process, the gases from the combustion are directed to the stainless-steel chimney.

Our system is very simple and robust in order to avoid heavy investment and a high cost of use and maintenance, while having improved gas emission analysis results compared to a solution without scrubber.
